In Shauna writeup, she says to define a List Style as the Parent,

What functionality does this impart? I notice that if you need to do some subsequent update, you have to again go through the same sequence to arrive at the Heading 1 and other. Is this needed? or, once the link is set, edits through the multi level list
dialog box can be done direct without having to open the List style and drilling down to Numbering > Heading 1?
***Change of Context***
When copying Styles from File A to File B, I can go to the organizer in 2 ways.
- Through the Styles > Manage Styles dockable dialog box.
- Through Developer > Document Templates > Organizer.
The behavior of the Organizer dialog box is not the same.
By method 1, I cannot have File B open, whereas through 2, It allows.
In this case by method 1, I have File B closed, yet it tells me this, on trying to copy the Styles Heading 1, Heading 2 and Heading 3, close and save.
It is indeed a pain. I have to save as another file name to come out without losing what was done.

There are several things that MS need to do to refine the functionality of Word. Clicking 3 times to copy a multi level Style is one of them. I do not want to suggest in their User Voice Portal. I think MS should evolve a feedback method wherein, such issues
that MVP deal and realize in this forum should be passed on by the MVPs to MS. I hope you can suggest this to MS?
