power point presenter view scrolling from touch screen

Scrolling my presenters notes from my touch screen is not working.

    Hi Bob

    1.  I have a windows laptop.  It is an Acer switch 12.  It is similar to the Microsoft Surface in that it has a detachable keyboard.

    2.  The issue is not isolated to one file, but is occurring on other files as well.

    3.  I have only tried to see if the problem was happening in other PowerPoint files.  I also tried simply backing out of PowerPoint and re-starting it.  Other than that I haven't done anything.

    Thank you for providing information. Please try basic troubleshooting steps like updating the Office suite, if it's outdated. Repairing Office 365 just in case there are missing important programs or files in the system. Uninstalling and reinstalling Office 365 to have a fresh copy of the Office suite.

    Hi Bob

    So I uninstalled and reinstalled office 365 and the problem still exists.  When my keyboard is attached the scroll bar on the notes in presenter mode is there.  But when I disconnect my keyboard, and try to scroll using the touch screen, the scroll bar disappears and i can't scroll.  How do I get the scroll bar to stop disappearing when I disconnect my keyboard?

    I want to clarify before you uninstalled and reinstalled Office 365, were you able to scroll in Presenters view with the keyboard attached to the device? Before this issue was the feature working before? Let isolate the issue further, please upload your PowerPoint files in OneDrive and open it using a different device so that you can try to check if it will work from that device because we might be looking at a compatibility issue.
