Scrolling my presenters notes from my touch screen is not working.

Microsoft 365 and Office | PowerPoint | For home | Windows

    I just want to verify if you have tried to manually update your Office suite? If you haven't, please do so, you can click this link for instructions. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please extend your patience for now, I have relayed the message to our internal support team about this concern and this is a confirmed bug already so please be assured that a fix will be provided for this concern.

    Hi Bob

    If you read my earlier messages on this thread you will see that I have indeed updated to the lastest available build and the bug is still present. You will also see that I have advised how people can work around this bug by reverting to an earlier build before the bug was introduced.

    I really just wanted to hear if you had an update on when the build that fixes this bug would be available, as you had previously said it would be the 19th.

    Has a solution been found?  I am having the same trouble on my Microsoft Surface Pro 6.  Not able to scroll presenter notes by touch in presenter mode of PowerPoint.  Currently on Version 1908 Build 11929.20300

    Please read back through previous messages about how to revert to an earlier build before the bug, while we wait for the bug to be fixed.

    Hi Peter,

    I have received an update from our internal support team regarding this bug and they said that an update will take place on the 19th of this month. Please watch-out for the update and check if it helps solve the issue.

    You said this bug would be fixed in an update on the 19th. It is now the 24th and there has not been an update since the 10th. Do you know when we can expect the update that fixes this bug?
