David, I just tried to revert using the info you provided and the cnet bat file instructions but to no avail--still a problem. this is what i used:

    %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.11425.20244

    Have I missed something?

Bob, my computer just did the most recent update and now my touch screen scrolling within 365 won't work either. Has this been fixed and if so, why is it happening to me now at the end of September. Not super helpful for a presentation I have tomorrow.

    Hi Nancy,

As mentioned above if reverting back to your previous version, was not helpful, we are coordinating with our internal support team about this bug and if there will be an update, it will be posted on this thread as soon as a fix is available. We appreciate your patience.

    Please standby.

    Bob

Thank you for the update, Dayvday. Though other customers were able to confirm on this thread that the issue has been resolved, we would be reverting back to our Internal Support Team to have this further investigated. Please standby so we can give you further information regarding this matter. Again, we thank you for continuously posting your feedback.

    Regards.

    Bob
