Have you tried the suggested workaround provided by Dayvday on this thread? If you have not, please do so so that you can temporarily use the feature of the app. This case is still under investigation with our internal support team, once an update is available this thread will be updated immediately.

It's the 9th day of the following month, and I'm having the same problem.

My emergency workaround was to change the font to something very tiny so I could see all of the notes, but hardly a good workaround.

Davey, I execute the .bat file, but the window just pops up quickly and then disappears. I go back into the O365 Powerpoint pres and still have the same problem.

David, I just tried to revert using the info you provided and the cnet bat file instructions but to no avail--still a problem. this is what i used:

%programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.11425.20244

Have I missed something?
