power point presenter view scrolling from touch screen

Scrolling my presenters notes from my touch screen is not working.

    This is the command that goes in the bat file, or you can just execute it at a command prompt:

    %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.11929.20300

    I have been able to restore this feature by reverting to an earlier version of Office 365, to build before the bug was introduced. It is amazingly simple to do. I followed the steps in this article:

    I am not sure which build the bug was introduced, but I have reverted to Version 1903 build 11425.20244 which I knew worked. The feature is back and I am happy for now.

    thank you David for suggesting a fix to this annoying bug by reverting to a previous version.

    As I am not good at macros and programming, could you be kind enough to share the bat file that you have used to revert to the previous version (as indicated in the cnet link)?

    It would help people like me to do it without the fear of making things worse...

    I can confirm that the problem has been solved as of PowerPoint Version 1908 build 11929.20300. Thanks to Bob and all the people at Microsoft for fixing this!

    I can also confirm that the problem remains. It still does not work.

    Nothing has been fixed... :-(
