Error code: 0xE0001462 bukxq 19999 OneNote

I received this notice today on one of my newly created pages - 

Error code: 0xE0001462 bukxq 19999. The new page doesn't seem to sync even though there is no different data in this page than any other (just text and a few images). I tried shutting the program but it still won't sync

    Hi technochallenged101,

    This error code using a different platform has already been reported to our Internal Support team. Furthermore, we are still waiting for their update. Since you are using a Windows 10 device could you please tell us which version of OneNote you are using? To get this information, open OneNote and then click on File > Account > About OneNote. Also, may we know what troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve this matter? 

    At this point, we suggest that you perform all of the steps that you'll be found on this link to fix the problem. Note: The link provided is also applicable to OneNote 2019.

    Hi Genevieve,

    Thanks for your response. I tried the steps in the link you provided and it seems to have fixed the problem. 

    For your records, I was using OneNote version 16.23.

    Hi,

    I am using One Note app and it is showing subject error code. I checked link provided in your earlier reply however, it is for One Note 2016 and not new app.

    Please help.
