I received this notice today on one of my newly created pages -

Error code: 0xE0001462 bukxq 19999. The new page doesn't seem to sync even though there is no different data in this page than any other (just text and a few images). I tried shutting the program but it still won't sync

    Hi Bullet350,

That's great to know that your notebooks are now starting to sync. By the way, the link that we previously provided from our first post is also applicable to the latest version of the OneNote desktop application. Could you verify which OneNote app you are using?

At this point, I suggest that you observe and let us know if the issue will occur.

Please respond to this thread to let me know how the issue progresses. Similarly, if you have more questions, please inform me by replying to this post.

    Hi,

I am using One Note app and it is showing subject error code. I checked link provided in your earlier reply however, it is for One Note 2016 and not new app.

    Please help.
