I would have to produce at least two videos, as you must log out of windows for DPI settings to take effect.
I don't know how you are testing it, but I am going to PM you an excel file that I just produced for you. I would like you to use that in a test. Please note, the file is not saved or changed in any way between Display DPI setting changes.
With display scaling turned off, the test file the cell displayed in the bottom right of the first page is 9-47 (column 9, row 47). See below.

With display scaling turned on in windows, and set at 125%, the cell displayed in the bottom right of the first page is now 10-47, (column 10, row 47). See below.

This is the problem. Please confirm you cannot reproduce this with the test file I PM you. I've been pretty explicit about what I am doing. I don't see how a video will help you. It will just prove what I am saying is actually happening.
