Ideas for Excel Button is Missing

Hi all,

I'm using Excel v1812 and am an Office365 member. I am trying to use Ideas for Excel, but when I add it to my Insert Tab, no button appears. How do I access the feature?

I've tried looking for related questions, but they seem to be from several months ago when the feature was just being rolled out.

    1. The tab is there.  I had to add it from Ribbon menu.  However, there is no button inside the tab as far as I can tell (lightning icon I believe is what is supposed to appear).  When I press the tab nothing appears - no icon, no action

    Have similar issue - Button/tab is there after I added it but does literally nothing.  Using:

    Office 365 v1904  build11601.20144

    Have similar issue - Button/tab is there after I added it but does literally nothing.  Using:

    Thanks for the additional details! It's super helpful. We haven't rolled out to Semi-Annual users just yet. It will be sometime coming this Fall. Please check back then! I appreciate your patience.

    On the Account screen, under About Excel it says:

    Version 1808 (Build 10730.20344 Click-to-Run)

    Semi-annual Channel

    When I click on About Excel it says:

    Microsoft Excel for Office 365 MSO (16.0.10730.20264) 32-bit
