MS Project 2016 not saving custom field.

Is anyone aware of an issue with MS Project 2016 where a custom field is not being saved?

The field is a flag one and is displayed as an image. If the value of the field is changed and the file is saved, when the file is re-opened the value has been brought back to its original value before the change. It works as expected in MS Project 2013.

    Hi Stanislava，

    The screenshot shows that the version is 1708 but not 1811. Semi-annual channel is now on version 1803 (Build 9126.2336) right now. If you haven't, please try to update to the latest version and see if it works.

    Additionally, we would like to know whether the issue happen with different versions on different computers in your organization? 

    If that is convenient for you, can you check whether the issue happens to your Home computer? Sometimes, the same issue only can happen on computers in the organization because those computers are all controlled by the Admin, the software updates or installations can be same in this scenario.

    That means, the issue is possible replicated on multiple computers in this scenario. And we will appreciate if you can help us troubleshoot the issue with a completely re-installation on a computer to see the result.

    Lastly, we would like to confirm whether the project you're editing are local projects, or a project created in the Project Web App?

    Hi Rena,

    Thank you for your message.

    The issue can be replicated using the latest version of Project. It can also be replicated using different versions on different computers.

    This has also been replicated after a complete re-installation as well.

    I am afraid I do not have MS Project on my personal computer in order to try and replicate the issue there.

    Could you advise further please?

    Can you please let us know if the projects are local projects or projects that are created in Project Online?

    I've also tried to take a look at the video you provided via your link, but I got a 404 error. Have you removed the link?
