AUTOCORRECT-ONENOTE: FOR GODS SAKE PROVIDE AN OPTION TO TURN IT OFF!!

Why, why was OneNote released without an option to turn autocorrect off?! This problem is now old enough, how was this not fixed? You essentially made OneNote completely useless, since it auto-"corrects" everything you want to type into something wrong. Why was this option removed from the new Versions of OneNote? How does it come that its not fixed by now?

    My issue is the autocorrect also operates in Draw. I draw a math symbol, and an autocorrect changes it to some geometric form.

    All advice so far is about spelling autocorrect. On my Ipad, how do I turn on autocorrect on drawing? Nothing explained above, or anywhere, helps.

    Thank you, although this is tedious, I guess it's the only viable way of fixing this.

    I'm using math notation and camel-case for my work and studies.

    It really teaches you to be tidy with what you type, and it's not that tricky once you learn to not look at the keyboard when typing.

    The fact the Microsoft still cannot fix this issue is mind-boggling.

    I really like OneNote, but I hilariously have to use my Notepad first and then copy notes into OneNote for storage.

    Ridiculous

    This is becoming very frustrating, it's appalling that Microsoft STILL hasn't implemented any fixes for this issue. Every other office suite program has the ability to change autocorrect options and add your own autocorrect objects. Sometimes it gets so frustrating to deal with autocorrect in OneNote that I type up portions of my notes in Word and then paste them into OneNote, which is a laughable solution.

    Microsoft, please add back the functionality you had in OneNote 2016 for autocorrect options. This is getting ridiculous.
