Why, why was OneNote released without an option to turn autocorrect off?! This problem is now old enough, how was this not fixed? You essentially made OneNote completely useless, since it auto-"corrects" everything you want to type into something wrong. Why was this option removed from the new Versions of OneNote? How does it come that its not fixed by now?

2021-02-24T19:00:15+00:00 Yes. I realized that OneNote would change “were” to “where” even though “were” makes more sense in the sentence while “where” did not make sense at all. No matter how I retyped the word, OneNote kept changing the correct word to the wrong one. Furthermore, when Microsoft apps auto-correct words, there will be a small auto-correct shown beneath the changed word. However, there was no sign of this button when OneNote changed “were” to “where.” I really hope that Microsoft can provide us with an option to turn this frustrating auto-“correction” off.
