I have this problem too following the recent update, as do many if not most Access users. My business is now dead in the water.
I tried calling Microsoft support to see if there was a way of working around it - the issue might be a mismatch between the actual location of aceoledb.dll and where some registry entries expect it to be. But before hacking the registry I wanted to check if that was okay or might have side effects
I was told I would have to pay Microsoft for support even though it was a bug in their automatic update that had broken the product I paid for.
I think this has reached the stage of having to be referred to the authority responsible for consumer protection. At least here in Australia, such predatory behaviour is usually considered legally punishable.
