Why is this popping out in my word file? I am using office 365 subscription.

    I still get this error every day after the last windows update.

    Some people solved it by checking that the "connected services" matched their office account, but for me they are both the same.

    Very frustrating there is no help or solution from MS - this is 100% reproducible (and they can use my machine if they want)

    I noticed I had an additional OneDrive account listed in Connected Services which wasn't connected. I deleted it and that seem to have fixed the problem.

    Hello guys,

    I fixed that issue doing this,

    Verify the account of the Connected Services and the License are the same. 

    In my case one of them was diferent so I change that and use the same for both and now Sign In popup dissapear.

    Not sure if latest patch fixed it but at least today I have not had that annoying window appearing while I was working with Word or Excel.
