A family of Microsoft spreadsheet software with tools for analyzing, charting, and communicating data.
Aside from the troubleshooting steps that you’ve already tried, we suggest creating a test user profile. This way we will be able to determine if the issue is not user profile related. To create a test user profile, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Click Accounts.
- Select Family & other people.
- Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
- Name the user as Test.
- Set up a password.
- Hit Next.
- Sign in as Test user.
If the issue doesn’t happen when you’re using the test user profile, the issue might be related to your existing user profile. You would have to migrate all your data to the new user profile.
If the issue persists, it is possible that a system file is damaged. Try running the System File Checker to check for system file corruption by following the steps in this article. Once you’re done with restoring the system file that was damaged, reinstall Office 2010 by following the steps in this article.
We will be waiting for your reply.
