Well, was trying to be helpfull, as this matter frustrates me as well.

Is not resolved - you mean you didn't manage to delete those files? As the procedure I described does help with deleteing them (even though it clears a bit more than needed).

πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ Love your good humor and simple, matter-of-fact reply in the midst of this ongoing minor frustration! πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ Good job!-- even tho the issue is not resolved. I really do appreciate slightly sarcastic, straightforward responses! πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

    Hi

Got my son to sort it.

    He went to remove all.

It's just above the deleteΒ  option that had not been working.

    Warning .....I lost all pdf.

But i just thought it was worth it.

Because i did not want to deal with this ridiculous situation anymore.

Good luck to all of you.

Sorry, English is not my main language, so, please, bear with me.

    1. https://support.office.com/en-us/word you can find the contact us on the bottom. However, belive me, they will not tell you anything usefull.
    2. Yes, we do... BUt MS just ignores this problem. Just have a look at how old this (and other) thread is.
    3. Woops.

Β ........ It's Microsoft's fault for being lenient to fix this.

    So...

    1. how do I contact Office?
    2. you said "it's Microsoft's fault...", that's why we're asking Microsoft!
    3. In American/English, the word lenient means: permissive, merciful, or tolerant. It's Microsoft's fault for being permissive to fix this? That makes no sense.
