I notice a rather annoying problem with Excel 2016 - when scrolling using either a trackpad or mousewheel, the scrolling is not at all smooth. Instead, the scrolling is very jumpy. By jumpy, I don't mean that the scroll will go from point A to point B in a snap rather than a smooth motion. Rather, when initiating a scroll, the spreadsheet will sort of vibrate and bounce rapidly back and forth before the scrolling commence. The problem is particularly obvious when scrolling horizontally, and it sometimes won't scroll at all, no matter how many times I try. In such instances, the only way to move around the spreadsheet is either the arrow key or by clicking on the scroll bar. Sometimes initiating a scroll would cause a beachball to appear for a sec or two, and I'm on a Quad core 2012 Retina Macbook Pro. This is a persistent problem and has not be fixed in the last Excel update. This is also not a machine dependent problem, because I experience the same scrolling problem on my 13" Retina Macbook Pro as well. Anyone else having this issue?

I was out of town when I did the update, and was using the Magic Mouse which seems to work OK. I got home to my Logitech MX Master and it's terrible again.
FWIW, the MX Master has a mode shift button for how the scroll wheel works, "click-to-click" mode or "hyper-fast" mode. It works much better in hyper-fast mode; not nearly as spastic.
Same here. I won't rehash previous descriptions of the problem; if there's any difference between the terrible scrolling in this version and the terrible scrolling in the previous versions, it's really not at all obvious!
How many versions has the scrolling been broken for now? I can't understand it. Is this is some kind of joke, or performance art? :) What a mystery!

Yes, scrolling with a mouse is still HOPELESSLY broken.
Scrolling is stil a mess in 15.19.1.
If I hold my arrow down key the active cell scrolls down. When it reaches the bottom of the screen it disappears from the screen until I let go of the arrow down key. Then it updates the screen and shows to the right position.
Mouse wheel scrolling is still jumpy. Happens with both my Logitech and Microsoft mice. The Apple Trackpad works flawless.
Just updated to Excel 15.19.1. I opened a couple of my more gangly worksheets and at first glance, the scrolling seems much improved. I didn't see the issue explicitly listed in the release's update notes, so I'm not 100% sure. Anyone else take a look yet?
