How to insert a picture in header or footer in Excel 2016?

I don't add or remove features. I don't work for Microsoft. I am not one of the "guys" working at Microsoft. There are actually guys and gals working there now. It's more polite to refer to them as coworkers and avoid the men, women, trans, and other category labels.

Hopefully, you were addressing your remarks to Microsoft as a corporation, not to me personally. 

From your tone I take it you didn't understand that my reply was dripping with sarcasm about the review process and how long it is taking to even make a decision as to whether or not to restore the missing feature, much less actually schedule it as an active project.

This is a user-to-user forum, so gripes you have about Microsoft's decisions concerning their software are shared among other Excel users. While you and I both agree that the feature should be in the product and are astonished that it is not, our grousing about it accomplishes little.

I'm not sure what effect clicking the Facebook like button or Twitter tweet button has, but I clicked the Like button.

Once you add a feature guys the cat is out of the bag!  What did you not think your customers would not notice that you removed it in subsequent editions of Excel?  Is that how you build software add a feature and then remove it later and see how many people complain to decide whether to keep the feature in the software?  That is a **** poor way to write software in my opinion!  How many "years" do you have to "review" the fact that somebody screwed up when writing the new version of the software?  It must of been a big screw up because if it was an easy fix you would have already fixed it!  It sounds to be like you need to find a real professional to review the product before release to insure that these types of mistakes are not made!  I guess I need to discontinue my use of Office 365, perhaps that is a better way of getting Microsoft's attention.  I do NOT like software as a service anyway!!!

I cannot believe Microsoft has omitted this feature!  Explain to me exactly how I am suppose to create a Price list that includes the company logo and address and phone number at the top of each page and have any room to look at the price list down below? Really?  So I am paying a monthly fee for Office 365 to take a step backwards in productivity!  This is STUPID!

Microsoft began a review process about this feature August, 2015. The review is still underway. Once the review has been completed Microsoft will make a decision as to whether or not they will add this request to the list of features that will be eventually worked on. Obviously, this is getting a very thorough review. It's not easy to decide whether or not to fix something, you know.
