I use MS OneNote. Initially the Windows+S would bring up screen clipping tool..In windows 8.1 Windows+S became for search..so then I used a work around posted on the MS blog which made the Windows+A the screen clipping tool (via regedit).
Now with Windows 10, Window+A is for Action Center, so now my screen clipping tool does not work
How can I fix this?
I tried Windows+Shift+S and that does not work either
Or what else can I change the regedit value to?

This is an issue but there are ways. The link under will take you to a page that explanes the new way.
The only way is to go down by your clock an click the ^ button. There you see a cutting tool image for
onenote. You right click it -> OneNote icon default -> take screen clipping. Now this icon is your new shortcut(t)
OR you use:
windowsbutton + shift + S

A few possible reasons can be the cause of this issue. To help us identify the cause of this problem, we would like to know the following information:
- Which version of Office are you currently using?
- Have you activated Office and OneNote on your computer?
- Have you tried the solution provided by Bruno Heck on the first page of this thread?
- What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

bafflingly does not work in my Window 10 environment.
It just types 'S'. Windows + S (without shift) brings up Windows Search.
I've been looking for a solution for quite a while now
