OneNote Screen Clipping tool HotKeys in Windows 10?

I use MS OneNote. Initially the Windows+S would bring up screen clipping tool..In windows 8.1 Windows+S became for search..so then I used a work around posted on the MS blog which made the Windows+A the screen clipping tool (via regedit).

Now with Windows 10, Window+A is for Action Center, so now my screen clipping tool does not work

How can I fix this?

I tried Windows+Shift+S and that does not work either

Or what else can I change the regedit value to?

This is an issue but there are ways. The link under will take you to a page that explanes the new way.

The only way is to go down by your clock an click the ^ button. There you see a cutting tool image for

 onenote. You right click it -> OneNote icon default -> take screen clipping. Now this icon is your new shortcut(t)

OR you use:

windowsbutton + shift + S

    The solution posted by jma89-JR in Feb 2016 on this thread (page 2) worked for me.   It was retained after the latest Windows 10 updates.   You have to be comfortable hacking the registry but its pretty simple if you are meticulous about it.   Back up the keys if you are unsure. 

    I just got this sorted with two quick reg adjustments:

    First remove the Win + S binding from Search:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced] "DisabledHotkeys"="S"

    Then get OneNote to bind to just Win + S again:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OneNote\Options\Other] "ScreenClippingShortcutKey"=0x00000053

    After a reboot (or just kill/restart both Explorer and the OneNote Capture process) all will be right in the world once again.

    The cherry on top is the fact that they don't actually EXPLAIN why it no longer works (even though that's the title of the article), but instead only say that then screenshots now go directly to your Pictures folder... except if I wanted a SCREENSHOT I would've taken a SCREENSHOT and not tried to take a SCREEN CLIPPING. The level of incompetence it must take for a technology company with half the OS market share like Microsoft to entirely miss or ignore the difference between the two is incredible.
