Making desktop onenote default for windows 10

Hello

So I've just received my windows 10 pro today

I tried making my onenote desktop as my default but when i bring up the menu from the right side and click "note", it still brings up the none desktop version of onenote

how do i fix this?

    your script is only for changing the Purple button function right?

    do you know if there is a 3rd party method of changing the "note" function as well? to make it open the OneNote Desktop

    I experienced this very same thing. I am left-handed, which the native app doesn't seem to have support for. :(

    I'm left handed and that is the one and only reason that ultimately drove me to OneNote  Desktop. I could stand it when the pages would unexpectedly change.
