Quick Access Toolbar Office 2016 Icon Spacing too big

I've just downloaded Office 2016 and the first thing I noticed is that the icon spacing on the Quick Access Toolbar has been expanded somewhat ridiculously - there is almost a full icon of space between each icon.  This has pushed many of the useful icons off the screen and rendered it somewhat useless.  I can't find any option for changing the spacing - how can I fix this or, failing that, how can I revert to the previous version of office?  Impacts Word, Powerpoint, Excel, OneNote and Outlook.

    Hi, not getting anywhere with this.  Read through everything on that link and tried a few of the various items on the way down the page - not pleasant.  Finally go to this:

    "If you upgraded to Office 2016 from Office 365 Personal, Office 365 Home, or Office 365 University, and you want help in reverting to the earlier version, contact Microsoft support by selecting Contact Answer Desk on the Microsoft support page, https://support.microsoft.com."

    So you go to that page, go through a few prompts, and finally get to a complete dead end - it only talks about troubleshooting installations of 2016, not how to uninstall the horrible damn thing.  I just want to go back to Office 2013 without losing any of the customizations I had set up with it.  I think the solution will be to dig out a backup of my virtual window and go back to that - I'm just not sure what else I will lose in doing that.

    Microsoft is not helping at all.  It can't be that difficult to program an optional "touch screen" toolbar, instead of force feeding, Apple style, the demented version they have now.

    Just an update on this - have been in the online chat session with MS Support.  To quote:

    "I really do apologize for that Frank but basically once you have already upgraded to Office 365 -2016 there is no way to revert to 2013

    10:05 am"

    "I really do apologize for that, but the update was set under the account and there is no way you could revert to older version.

    10:11 am"

    I guess I have no choice but to rollback my Virtual Machine and hope that works...  In the meantime, just gotta pray that MS realized how bad this is and fixes it.

    The second post in that link is what you want. Just uninstall the current version of office via "programs and features" and then choose the version office 365 you have from one of those links in the second post.

    I was able to revert from 365 16 to 365 13 without an issue.

    The second post is Jim Liu?  The uninstall I can do.  But the version I have is Office 365 Home.

    Which of these For Office 365 Business or Office 365 Business Premium:;  For Office 365 Enterprise E3 or Office 365 ProPlus: should I use?

    I've read some other threads suggesting that MS Support can remote access your computer to roll back to Office 2013 for Office 365 Home subscribers, but not sure how to get onto one of these.
