I can not pin folders anymore in excel or word 2016

    It occurred as part of a redesign of the Save As dialogue window so while I'd love to think it's a bug or an oversight that will immediately be corrected, it appears intentional.  The ability to name the spreadsheet without the extra click is welcome but is totally negated by not being able to get to the main 10 folders I use.   I'd much rather keep the existing pinned folders functionality as now it's more steps than before to save a spreadsheet where I want it saved.

    Same here... Lost it 2 days ago too. They scrapped extremely useful feature.

    Yeah, pretty annoying!!  I don't get why they'd get rid of a very useful feature like this.  It's extremely frustrating!

    Existing pinned folder functionality removed in my Excel 2016 on 24 Feb 2016.   Was working until a new MS update.  Now gone.   **** MS?  Removing functionality I use a 20-50 times a day.  Why?   Why break my program and cause me extra work?
