It's working on my US English Version 1801 (build 8911.2016 Click-to-Run).  What appears to happen is there is now a Folders "tab" at the top.  You can pin there.  Note, this is only going to allow you to pin folders that contain recently opened files.  If you want to have a folder show that isn't listed - just open a file from that folder and go back to the Open dialog menu.  I just tested it and it works exactly as I've described.

"Escritorio" is on a local drive. Just pin a new folder on a local drive, check "Local Drive Folder" is in local drive "E"

Actually, looking at it again I suspect the only reason you have folders is that they are in the cloud, google drive.  Or is the first one, "Escritorio" in the Older category on a local drive?

If you click on "Add a Place, to the left of the list in your capture, you can only add cloud based locations.

Interesting. I have the same build (one-time payment, not 365) and do not have that feature.

I can hope I will see it sometime.
