can't print envelopes in Word 2016

Window 10 and Office Word 2016, with a HP P2035 laser printer.  Everything  worked fine until I installed Office 2016.  Now #10 envelopes will not print in the proper position on the envelop regardless of how I change the settings in Word.  The printer driver is up to date.

Printing normal documents works fine.

I have done a "repair" on Office several times.   Word still have the "working in the background" flashing cursor, which will not go away.

    Thanks for your message, Sheryl. However, I'm not sure we're using the same programs. I don't find the Settings window you're referring to. Perhaps you can point me in the right direction?

    In the meantime, I did attempt an updating of my Brother printer and though it seemed to not install promptly, Word finally printed an envelope correctly today.

    Nonetheless, I'd appreciate a tip as to how to find the Settings you referred to. That could still prove useful.

    It's in the Windows Control Panel.  What version of Windows are you using?

    Window 7 Professional. (I bought that last year instead of 10 because it had  better rep online for consistency with past MS software and I didn't need as much of the mobile app interchangeability as a lot of other users.)

    I have experienced this issue since installation of a new Windows 10 computer and installing Office 2016, Home & Business.  After lots of experimentation, my conclusion is that the Envelope Printing App/Bot no longer supports this functionality.  All attempts to change the envelope size have absolutely no impact on my results.  In my case, the return address prints correctly but the text of the addressee block is far to the left of and slightly above the "correct" position. This reminds me of the removal of the postal bar code print option several versions ago.  They giveth and they taketh away!  This is clearly not a printer driver problem!  Or a user problem!
