can't print envelopes in Word 2016

Window 10 and Office Word 2016, with a HP P2035 laser printer.  Everything  worked fine until I installed Office 2016.  Now #10 envelopes will not print in the proper position on the envelop regardless of how I change the settings in Word.  The printer driver is up to date.

Printing normal documents works fine.

I have done a "repair" on Office several times.   Word still have the "working in the background" flashing cursor, which will not go away.

    Actualy problem solved. I called canon and they said windows doesn't always install the correct drivers. We uninstalled and reinstalled from canons website and I was able to get it to work! Just thought I'd let you know.

    Doug's suggestion did not work in my situation.  I changed the envelope print options, "Feed From:" selection from the Word default of Manual to Default Tray and to Auto Select with no change in the position of the address data.  To reiterate, my main issue is that the name and address lines are printed in the physical center of the (#10) envelope, rather than to the right of and below the center point.  The position of the return address is perfect. 

    My secondary issue is the small font size and poor font selection Microsoft chose for this version of Word.  Both addresses should be very easy to read.

    It is NOT the Feed from that needs to be changed.  You may need to change the Feed method

    To change the fonts used for the Envelope Address and Envelope Return text, modify the formatting of the font in the Styles with those names.
