can't print envelopes in Word 2016

Window 10 and Office Word 2016, with a HP P2035 laser printer.  Everything  worked fine until I installed Office 2016.  Now #10 envelopes will not print in the proper position on the envelop regardless of how I change the settings in Word.  The printer driver is up to date.

Printing normal documents works fine.

I have done a "repair" on Office several times.   Word still have the "working in the background" flashing cursor, which will not go away.

    See if the Printer Manufacturer has an updated driver for the Printer.

    I get an "E" on the little screen of the printer... a message comes to the computer screen with "MISSMATCHED PAPER SIZE"

    I just got Microsoft 360... and it will not allow me to print envelopes in Word 2016... envelopes in NotePad works, in Publisher2016 works... but not in WORD 2016

    Originally I thought it was a printer issue. The printer seems to work fine in every other software.. including Microsoft software such as Publisher, Word 2016 will not print envelopes. What fix can I do?
