Hi all,

I have an access acce that i run on two different machines, one of which is in windows 10 /Office 2016, the other one is in Windows 10 / Office 2010. My Acces prints out perfectly on the 2010 version of Access and no image is coming our on the 2016 version on Office (the same Accde was printing perfectly as i had Access 2013 before the weekend) now no image is coming out on the print.

If I look on screen at the report, pictures are there, as soon as I get onto the print preview, images are gone !

This is probably a new feature of access 2016 that I am not aware of !

Can anybody help me ?

Thanks in advance

Marc

Patrick, I fully understand the affect this has had. And I couldn't agree more that a way of going back should have been made available. But it doesn't really matter how specific the issue is, a fix needed to be found, tested and then implemented within the rollout cycle. As I understand it a potential fix was identified late in October. And the testing made it miss the November cycle. Hence the December release.

Did you check to make sure the hotfix was installed. As I understand it the fix was only released a little over an hour ago.

Not working for me even with the Dec updates.

I have installed the Windows Updates Dec and forced the Office Click-To-Run Update (need to open Access then File/Accounts/Update).

No change in Image behaviour for me. Zoom is still broken. Maybe there is another update step needed?

    Anyone else had any luck?

I doubt if whatever Updates you installed this morning included the December Patch Tuesday updates. These are usually released during the business day based on Redmond time. And it is only 6:30 AM there. I'm trying to find out what the Hotfix number is for this fix.

Edit: Just got word that the patch was released about an hour ago. You can check this site for info about latest fixes: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn789213%28v=office.14%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

Note: if you drill down thru the KB # then Access you get an explanation of the fix.

An Office 365 Representative told me back in late November that the anticipated fix would most likely be made available on the 2nd Tuesday of December.

I updated this a.m. however and am still experiencing the same issues.

    Anybody have any additional info?
