PowerPoint Mac 2016: The image part with relationship ID rId2 was not found in the file.

AAHHH! I just upgraded to PowerPoint for Mac, Office 2016, and I'm getting this same error. I spent a whole week on a presentation that I'm doing to tomorrow and almost all of my images have disappeared. THIS IS TERRIBLE! I'm not sure what I'm going to do. 

'The image part with relationship ID rId2 was not found in the file'

Is there a fix for this?? Preferably before tomorrow morning? These are all images that I either created or pulled as screen shots. (All jpegs.) 

PLEASE HELP!

    Please use the Smile button in PowerPoint to report this issue to Microsoft. They think they fixed it.

    I believe this problem is fixed in the 15.31 update. Please install that update and test again.

    I am experiencing the same issue!

    Powerpoint for MAC 15.30 (170107) on MAC OS X 10.11.6

    I see this issue has been around for YEARS! Microsoft - WTH, I've lost entire library of presentations.
