Word 2016 envelope not printing to centre alignment

Hey all, SO, I am not a novice user by any means, and upgrade with each new Professional Office version.  Since I upgraded to 2016, my envelopes will no longer print properly.  When I feed them through, I get the address at the top of the envelope and the return address is cut off.  If i print to a regular size piece of paper, it prints all the way to the left of the sheet.  I have tried changing the alignment and changing back, manually designing a custom envelope size, I have uninstalled my printer and reinstalled, I have uninstalled office and reinstalled.  Nothing is working.  It's almost like there is a glitch that won't line the envelope up properly.  It was working a few weeks ago the last one I printed before I upgraded.  My temporary workaround is to go to my desktop and print from there as that still has word 2013.  But that is not my main computer and is a real pain in the **** to do. 

Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?  Microsoft only tells me that as I was able to install it, I can pay them $99.00 USD (As I am Canadian, this currently converts into approx $140) to fix the issue that they caused, after I paid for the software.  That is just as bad as the computer hijackers they have these days.  I'll hijack your computer and make you pay to get it back.  Ridiculous.

    While I am NOT a "technical support" person, I do try to help people who are having problems, but to do so, they must describe the problem that they are having.

    Also you should appreciate that not everyone who asks questions in these forums is an "advanced user" and in the case of the OP for whom that particular response was provided, who knows what is meant by "nothing I do"?  If the user says what they had tried, then someone responding would know not to suggest those things.

    By the way, you have not said what your problem is or what you have tried doing to overcome it.

    THIS....is why I hate "technical support" for any kind of help....They have to assume that you are stupid beyond breathing.   "is your monitor plugged in?"  "are the printer cables correctly attached?"   Why would an advanced user NOT try changing the feed method......now you're just fishing for answers to our problem and trying to seem like you're helping.

    It's hard to tell anything from your screen shot - perhaps if you drew some lines just inside the edges of the envelope would help.

    intended to represent the delivery address?

    Note that quite often the incorrect positioning of the address on an envelope can be caused by the printer having difficulty "picking up" the envelope so that it has not progressed as far through the printer as it should have when the address details are deposited on it.

    No matter what is selected the output prints to the bottom right of what would be the envelope.  All tests run on a single sheet of paper and the output printed in the same place each time.

    We need a Microsoft solution to the problem.

    This is a scan of the size 10 envelope.  Top line shows the edge (left edge) the address is in the incorrect area. This is after update of the Kyocera printer drivers as well as updating the Office suite

    I have tried all the feed options using two different computers and 3 different printers.  I used plain paper to capture what is happening.

    No matter what is selected the output prints to the bottom right of what would be the envelope.  All tests run on a single sheet of paper and the output printed in the same place each time.

    We need a Microsoft solution to the problem.
