So, even though I had followed the instructions to install Office 2016 from Office 365 home, it was not successful even after 5 tries, restarting, uninstalling, restarting...my biggest issue is Visio 2013. I purchased it as I need it! But why can't I find any way to just upgrade Visio from 2013 to 2016? There is no instruction! I do not want to buy the new Visio 2016 when I only purchased Visio 2013 a few months ago. Please help!!!

Have you tried installing the 2016, then the 2013? It may work.
After posting that reply I setup my new machine. I installed Office Pro Plus CTR 2016 first, and then was able to install Office 2010 Home and Student MSI. It works just fine. It may also work with 2 CTR installations, I haven't tried that.
I want to keep the Office Home & Business 2016.
If I uninstall it then Publisher 2013 will install but it will get removed when I reinstall Office 2016.
The disk that came with Publisher 2013 wont install (it is a click to run & wont work with Office 2016 installed).
I beleive if I can find an msi installer for Publisher 2013 this might work.

Gaz99, it sure looks like you qualify for the free upgrade to Publisher 2016. So why don't you try that?
Yep, still trying that.
Several (frustrating) hours on the phone, allowing them to remote connect & repeatedly trying the same thing (not surprisingly with the same results), sending links which don't work.....
MS - just give me a 2016 product key!!!
An even better idea - you're a software place, how about an automated website for all the people with this issue?
This is really driving me crazy.
