So, even though I had followed the instructions to install Office 2016 from Office 365 home, it was not successful even after 5 tries, restarting, uninstalling, restarting...my biggest issue is Visio 2013. I purchased it as I need it! But why can't I find any way to just upgrade Visio from 2013 to 2016? There is no instruction! I do not want to buy the new Visio 2016 when I only purchased Visio 2013 a few months ago. Please help!!!

Thanks to Mr. Joseph I can report I now have Visio Pro 2016 and Project Pro 2016 back again. I spent over 2-1/2 hours the night before and got absolutely nowhere. I tried again tonight and linked up with a wonderful lady named Niña V on the Answer Desk. I had to convince her the 2013 version would not work with Office 2016, but she contacted their Tier 2 support, and after about 15 minutes, made arrangements to send me keys for Visio and Project. I had to supply my product keys for the 2013 version, but it was worth it. Thank you Niña V and Maxwell Joseph for helping to resolve this issue. Kudos to you both.

Hello, please send a private message as you mentioned. I have Office Home 355 (now 2016 version) and would like to use my copy of Visio Pro 2013. Thank you.
Upgraded to Microsoft Office 2016 and it removed my Visio 2013 which I purchased on March 1, 2015. Per this thread, please contact me on next steps for reobtaining the Visio product.
