I clicked the link, as an Office 365 Home customer it tells me to go to the Answer Desk which then leads me to a phone number (800) 642-7676 which I am told to call. Why do I have to call a Phone Number to reinstall Visio 2013 and Project 2013 after I've
installed Office 2016? That's not very smart.
Currently I'm awaiting for Visio 2016 and Project 2016 to go up for sale on HUP (which is where I purchased my 2013 versions) since the cost is very low. However until they are on HUP I've installed the trial versions of the 2016 software which is good
for 60 days.
I hope within 60 days it is either on HUP or Microsoft has resolved the issue and I can install my 2013 versions.
I'm not calling a phone number to waste my time for something that shouldn't be broken. My time is more valuable than that.
You are lucky. Here in Australia, the link to the Answer Desk takes you to another portal where, if you enter "Office 2016", takes you back to the page that leads to the "We need to remove some older apps" page. An infinite loop! So far as I can ascertain,
there is no way to find any telephone number. By the way, the phrase "Microsoft Support" is an oxymoron.
