Office 2016 uninstalls my Visio 2013

So, even though I had followed the instructions to install Office 2016 from Office 365 home, it was not successful even after 5 tries, restarting, uninstalling, restarting...my biggest issue is Visio 2013. I purchased it as I need it! But why can't I find any way to just upgrade Visio from 2013 to 2016? There is no instruction! I do not want to buy the new Visio 2016 when I only purchased Visio 2013 a few months ago. Please help!!!

Both VISIO and MS Project Pro 2013 were removed when installing Office 365, Office 2016.

OK...However the bigger issue is I cannot re-install these two applications, unless I

    uninstall Office 365, 2016?

This is the first time I've used the Office 365 software.  Prior to this, I could always

run, as an example Office 2010 with MS Project Pro 2013.

This is a huge issue for me, do I need to cancel my Office 365 subscription in order

    to run 365/Office 2016 and VISIO/Project 2013?

    ten tries over 5 days

48 hrs they called and emailed me the links.

    Congratulations on your personal victory.

However your experience represents a massive fail for MS Support. I hope any MS managers lurking on the forum are greatly embarrassed by it, and do something about it.  Of course, I'm not holding my breath.
