Office 2016 uninstalls my Visio 2013

I am having the same issue and I need to keep Visio at version 2013 for contractual deliveries.

How can I get it installed on a Win 7 box running Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016?

"In theory" you should now be able to do that as long as your visio installer file is a MSI install, not a CTR install.  If it isn't you are going to have find one, contact MS Support?

You can also try logging in to the MyAccount  equivalent for business: https://portal.office.com

On the MyAccount / consumer side you can get "downgrade" installation files. I don't have a business account so I can't check if you have something similar on the business side, but it would be worth looking around.

I installed O365 for Business E5 a few weeks ago (along with Skype for Business PSTN Intl Calling) and it forced me to remove Visio 2013.  I have my original Visio 2013 disk and license, but am prevented from reinstalling it by an error message saying my Office is newer than what I'm trying to install (Visio 2013?).  I'm a business owner with 5 of these combined license packages and am about to increase to 17 combined license packages where removal of Visio 2013 from all of the machines is a barrier, so I need to resolve or change plans quickly.  Please provide instructions.

And found a couple of interesting changes ...

The "offer" has been extended, sorta, for the third time to "Feb 2017".

"For Deferred Channel customers, this offer expires in February 2017. "

Uh ... WHEN in Feb 2017 does the offer end? Updates are staged ...

Then comes the really puzzling statement:

"For Current Channel and First Release for Deferred Channel customers, this offer is no longer needed."

Not needed, WHY NOT?!!

What does that mean, EXACTLY?  Does it mean that one or both of the artificial marketing restrictions have been removed:

• Visio/Project cannot install alongside "consumer" licenses
• Visio/Project CTR cannot install alongside MSI installations
