From very short initial testing the new build 10061 on my Surface Pro 3 seem to have resolved my OneNote issues.
Thank you @Mavis and the OneNote and Windows 10 Teams for getting us a potential fix for us to test. Your hard work is greatly appreciated.
I will also be installing Build 10061 over Windows 8.1 and will reply back here to let you know how my retests went.
Seems ok so far, OneNote crashed at first use following 10061 install but working ok now, thanks

Its a joy again ,to use OneNote on the W10TP.

Thank you for all of your hard work. This isssue is MOSTLY resolved. While I can say that I've been taking notes with OneNote 2013 in Build 10061 on my Surface Pro 3 for a couple days, AND that all of the notes that I've taken have not resulted in any additional instances of disappearing ink, I still think a minor issue remains.
I thought I saw a comment that you made that indicated that the problem was related to the palm rest technology that was in place to ignore your hand while the pen was drawing ink on the screen. My testing with this in mind was to try to write on the screen but also to pick my hand up and replace it a lot, hoping that the PC would be able to keep up with the pen, my hand and that *I* would be able to keep up with the subject matter of the meetings I have been in.
There are still issues where ink floats in this type of scenario, but is not displaced and does not vanish (permanently). It may "blink" a bit, or float a bit as I said, but it doesn't seem to lose its place or become "permanently separated" from the ink that's being moved up the screen via a page move/scroll. However, it feels as tho its resisting the urge to vanish.
Strange words, I know, but its the easiest way to describe what I'm seeing. Has anyone else seeing this stuttering or blinking in new text as it is written?
I will keep testing and reply back if I find anything new. I want to do more testing before we color this fully resolved. Call in the QA Director in me, but I want to make sure.
