It's been long, but thank you for keeping in touch with the users.

I'll update my Surface 3 to Windows 10 when the day is over and will update it with the latest cumulative update.

    Also keeping my fingers crossed!

    Dear Mavis,

Update installed! Much better! Pen selection is now available all the time.

Occasional unintended selection of the "File Screen" is seen. Mostly this requires a restart! This still needs your attention!

Pinch zoom doesn't work as well it used to in Win8. But a lot better than before!

Periodically, selection of menus and options, can take place ONLY THROUGH THE MOUSE. This is like before.

OVERALL IMPROVED ! SOME MORE TWEAKS REQUIRED.

Great! I have installed the update, and over some hours of pen usage, the right click bug hasn't appeared. Finally, looks like it is solved (Hope I am not celebrating too early!).

Haven't yet checked the disappearing ink issue fix for OneNote '16. Will try that over the weekend. Thanks.

    Mavis,

As soon as I saw your post about the Sept 30th update, I've upgraded my Surface 3 back to Windows 10 and have installed the latest cumulative updates as well. I used my Surface 3 throughout the day to take notes and I haven't noticed any of the disppearing ink problem and the right click touch problem! I used my Surface 3 for about 4 1/2 hours taking notes today and nothing so far. My temporary conclusion is that it did really help out! Thank you for the last few months for listening to us!

Now... may I just suggest one more thing... Please for Surface 3/ Pro 3 running Windows 10, please let the top button on the Surface Pen open the desktop app (in this case OneNote 16) and not the Windows 10 app.

    Anyways thank you!
