How do I get rid of the warning in Office 2013 that says "Your margins are pretty small, some of the content you print may be cut off. Are you sure you want to print?"?

I set my margins to small by default, as I know that my HP printer can print to that size. (I have been printing like this for about 2 months, with no cut offs!) However word refuses to acknowledge this.
Is there some sort of global setting that stops this? As the amount of times that I have hit quick print, and then gone to the printer and then realised that it hasn't printed, because I forgot to click yes to the warning! It is really annoying!
Also, I really do not want to follow the steps in KB166055, as I would have to do that for every single document, and even then it decreases my margins, to sizes which word considers "Acceptable", which wastes paper, and messes up my document organisation completely! These "Acceptable" Margins are massive! Can I stop it without changing my margin size?

The unprintable area respected by Word is specified by the printer driver, not by Word itself. Word gets the information from the printer driver, so unless you can redefine the unprintable area in the printer Property settings, there may be no way around this message.
The OP has already said he doesn't want to use the settings Word assigns when he uses "Fix." But since those minimums are established by the printer driver, there is really no way around them. And there is no need to consult the printer manual because the values Word uses when you click "Fix" are the ones prescribed by the printer manufacturer.

Center and Around is what I said to use. Do not mess with the indenting. You adjust the page margins via the page layout tools, not the table tools (i.e. Page Layout|Page Setup|Margins>Custom Margins).
For me, going to devices from the control panel and setting the DEFAULT printer setting to be 'A4' has cleared up ALL issues and I no longer get any warnings about the margins being set too small. Mostly when I was getting that message I'd be printing labels, and like you, I might just print one or two labels at a time.

Some might only have wanted to know it's significance and what to do about it. Or maybe they were curious to find out what all the fuss is about. Precious few of those people have actually said anything. Thus your assertion that lots of those people have this problem and that it annoys thousands of customers is baseless.
Advice has been given on the issue's implications and how you can address it, plus where to take your complaints if it annoys you and you can't be bothered fixing the problem at its root.

VERY few people have the time to scroll through ALL This to find out "what all the fuss is about". That precious few people have said anything is because many, like me, simply didn't have the TIME to wade through pages and pages of replies and snarkiness (often coming FROM the MVP's) only to try "solutions" that weren't actually any help at all.
One MVP claimed that the error message ALWAYS worked that way. While that may or may not be true (way long ago there was an 'ignore' option which may or may not have worked in the same way), it should be obvious by now that a quite a large number of people just want to be able to completely shut off this error message and deal with the consequences, come as they may, and in fact is the very basis for THIS question thread.
If you navigate to Table Tools|Layout|Properties>Table, you'll see the table Alignment & Wrapping options.
To edit the margins, you use the page layout tools.
