I noticed that OneNote always displays PDF's sideways after inserting them using the File Printout command. I read some discussions where MS tried to say it had something to do with the printer driver in Adobe, etc., etc. I don't understand why I have to install a 3rd party program (Onetastic) which does plenty of good things, but I really only use it for the rotate PDF menu that it provides. Did the MS engineers just get too tired to include this very basic, totally necessary feature?

Send Feedback to MS. Maybe they may come up with an option to rotate images printed to OneNote.
I"m actually not printing the PDF to OneNote. I am inserting a saved PDF file into a OneNote page and it always inserts sideways. OneNote does not include a rotate function to straighten it. Users are required to download a third party app called Onetastic which is essentially a collection of macros which happens to include a rotate function.
My question is why is OneNote missing this most basic of features?
From which program are you printing the .pdf to OneNote?
From Adobe Reader, I am able to print to OneNote and the .pdf displays as its supposed to.
What option on what application are you performing to get this issue?
