in word 2013 when I want to draw an arrow or a line it cant be straight in 180 degree in page and it is always a bit curve to up or down for example draw a rectangle and on its border line draw an arrow ( the arrow must be exactly on rectangle border line ) and you will see that the arrow is curve and is not on rectangle border.

This is easy to recreate, but can be solved by setting the height or width to zero in the ribbon.

I actually found the same solution, but by right clicking on the object and then selecting More Layout Options/Size.
One advantage of opening up the Layout dialogue box, which can also be done from the ribbon, is that you can also make micro adjustments to the line length, and the line start position.

Sorry, can you explain "in the ribbon". I am not sure that I'm looking at the right thing as I cannot see a height setting. See attached image.
If you want a Vertical arrow, set the Width to 0; If you want a Horizontal one, set the Height to 0.
