in word 2013 when I want to draw an arrow or a line it cant be straight in 180 degree in page and it is always a bit curve to up or down for example draw a rectangle and on its border line draw an arrow ( the arrow must be exactly on rectangle border line ) and you will see that the arrow is curve and is not on rectangle border.

This is easy to recreate, but can be solved by setting the height or width to zero in the ribbon.
This is only one of many problems with the draw functions in Word 2013. The entire draw utility is a disaster. Word 2003 was quite good even though it had a few problems. It is astonishing that Microsoft would put such a defect-ridden product on the market, and charge money for it.
This bug seems to be a general problem.
When moving the line or a move+copy using Ctrl operation also makes it impossible to do a correct offset using Shift.

Drawing arrows and other figures is not a strength of Microsoft Word 2011 for Mac. As soon as you want to change an angled arrow length or angle, it changes into a 3-segmented arrow. I found one solution:
Draw a straight line first and then add arrow(s) (with Right click/ Format figure/ Colors and Lines).
And Microsoft- please fix this issue! If a draw a straight arrow it should never change into a
3-segemented arrow.
The Draw commands in Word 2013 are extensively defective. You just discovered one of the defects. There are more related to straight lines or arrows. For example: you should be able to grab the end of the line/arrow while holding the Shift key depressed and drag the end to change the length of the line/arrow to any desired length. In Word 2013 this operation is very erratic. Sometimes the desired length cannot be obtained. With the Shift key depressed the angle of the line/arrow should not change as you change the length: however, the angle does change sometimes.
As Doug pointed out, if you start with a line/arrow that is skewed from the horizontal and vertical, you cannot drag it to the horizontal or vertical. It will skip past either one. Not only that, as you drag the line/arrow it sometimes snaps to another length. To get a horizontal or vertical line/arrow you have to construct a new line/arrow while holding the Shift key depressed.
The Draw utility in Word 2003 was very good even though it had some defects (which still exist in Word 2013). The Draw utility in Word 2013 is a near disaster. It is astonishing that Microsoft would put a piece of junk like this on the market.
