in word 2013 when I want to draw an arrow or a line it cant be straight in 180 degree in page and it is always a bit curve to up or down for example draw a rectangle and on its border line draw an arrow ( the arrow must be exactly on rectangle border line ) and you will see that the arrow is curve and is not on rectangle border.

This is easy to recreate, but can be solved by setting the height or width to zero in the ribbon.
I don't think anyone would dispute that this should work the way it used to. Since it does not, just be glad that there is a (relatively) simple workaround.
Unfortunately, since there is a workaround, and since the bug doesn't cause loss of data, and since it is a bug experienced by relatively few users (since those who use the drawing tools are a subset of all users), it is unlikely that fixing the bug will have a very high priority.
The simplest solution would be the one that Microsoft Office used to support:
Hold shift and drag the line or arrow (when you want to extend or shorten a line already created)
This method always worked and didn't require entering zeros and setting that as the default for the shape.
Simple is better, why make this complicated? The new method is like Windows 8 - something simple and intuitive was made more complicated for millions of people.
And, how did I find this complicated work around? I had to Google it because Publisher help allowed me to enter "How to draw a straight line in Publisher," but it gave no useful results. If internal help doesn't know how to do this, then why not reference a solution somewhere else?
This is the simplest solution yet! And maybe not a 'bug' but a more 'precise' way of setting direction of arrows in documents?
In any case, this works well and very easily!
Folks, I tried all the solutions above this one and none of them worked for me. THIS is the ONLY one that worked for me. It should be at the TOP of the list...would save a bunch of time & frustration.
I am glad it works, though! I went back and used Word 2010 (as suggested in one of the above solutions...ugh!) because I just couldn't get the arrows to stay straight in Word 2013 using any other solution...until I tried this solution!
I like Word 2013 and will now be able to use it when using the arrows in documents.
