Word found unreadable content...

I am working on my dissertation and recently purchased Word 2010.  Now, when I try to open my paper I get an error message that "Word found unreadable content in....."  When I select yes, to recover that contents I then get another error message that says "we are sorry.  We can't open ......because we found a problem with its contents."  The details then state:  "Operation aborted: max-element-depth constraint violated."

I have tried doing the open and repair and then saving but nothing works...help please?

    Hi, 

    I'm working from my phone. Is there anyway possible I can recover my file? Its something a little personal so I can't post a link. If there is anyway it can be recoverd I could always email it to someone.

    It was not possible to recover any of the graphs or charts in the document.  However, an archive Project Recovered Text and Worksheets.zip has been uploaded to the following folder of my OneDrive

    I just realise it's actually saved directly to the thumb drive and seem like cant be saved. Sigh, anyway thank you very much for the help and reply. Have a great day!

    Did you work on the document when it was located on some form of removable media (USB Drive), or save it directly from Word to such media?

    The corruption of the document is such that it is not possible to open the archive.
