Office 2013 themes missing

I now have a total of only 9 themes in Office 2013.  In the past there were dozens.  I teach a class on Microsoft Office and when students are asked to use a certain theme, they aren't finding them.  What happened?

This is a better option:

I have put a copy of the themes from various versions of Office (2007, 2010, 2013) in folders under the following folder of my One Drive

If you download the theme that you want and save it in the

C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes

folder, it should appear as a Custom Theme in the Themes dropdown.

    Try this:

    1.    Open Microsoft Word (or Microsoft PowerPoint).
    2.    Select File.
    3.    Select Options.
    4.    Select Trust Center.
    5.    Click Trust Center Settings.
    6.    Select Privacy Options.
    7.     Uncheck “Allow Office to connect to the Internet” and click OK. Click OK
    8.     Close Microsoft Word and any other Microsoft programs.
    9.     Reopen Word
    10.    Under Design, open the Themes dropdown and click “Enable Content Updates fromOffice.com.”  A window will open asking if you want to allow Office to connect to the Internet.  Click OK.
    11.    Then close all Microsoft Programs (including Word) again.
    12.   Reopen Word one final time, Click on the Design tab, and then go under themes. All the design themes should now be present.

    Call it a Band-Aid if you will, but it is a permanent solution to the issue of Themes being available one day and not the next.

    To me, that's a bit more than a "Band-Aid"
