Word for iPad Save As PDF

As far as I can tell, there is no way to save a word document (accessed via onedrive) as a PDF from my iPad. I have looked into third party programs to convert onedrive word documents to PDFs, but they mess up our header.

It is important for us to be able to work on word documents on the go, and email out a pdf of the document once complete. When will we be able to save as a PDF?

Thanks, everything else is great so far!

Hello and thanks for the feedback. Glad to hear everything else is working out well for you!

You're correct that Word for iPad doesn't currently have the ability to save as PDF. Thanks for the feedback on this and the explanation about how it impacts your workflow. I'll take this back to the team for consideration for a future release.

Word, Excel and PowerPoint were just updated to version 1.23. They now have an option to print in a different app. Effectively, this allows you to export as PDF to any app on your device. Thanks, Microsoft!

    YOU BEAUTY!!!!!!

    Thank you!

That did the trick - I just uninstalled DropBox, re-installed it and the button to "save to DropBox" now works just as it always did...!

    Thanks a million David...

No idea why it did that, I use DB several times every hour, but who knows what happens when auto-updates happen in the background!?

    Again, massive thanks!
