Hello,
Word, Excel and Powerpoint 2013 offer the new "Start Page" when launching the program. When clicking on a supplied template to open it, the process fails and gives the error message - "Something went wrong while downloading your template". We had the same issue with online templates in Office 2010. Has anyone had this same issue and is there a fix for it? We use Sophos Endpoint Security for anti-virus. Thanks.

If you try downloading the template manually from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/?CTT=97, does that work?

We have resolved the issue now, thanks for your help.
The "bit-ness" may or may not be part of the issue. I haven't seen the problem, but I'm using 32 bit Office (on 64 bit Windows 7).
Windows 7, 64 bit.
This seems to work for some people but not for others, that is, what you see cannot be consistently reproduced. Are you using 32 bit Office or 64 bit?
