Something went wrong while downloading your template

The link you supplied worked to download the templates.

However this does not solve the issue that still remains, that is being able to download the template from the program itself. Since not all the templates are available by going to the link that you had supplied.

Do you have another suggestion?

I've done the repair 3 times already, and also have uninstalled and re-installed Office 2013.

What is Microsoft saying about this issue, since it seems to be a popular issue with the Office program

What I've found usually a profile in windows goes corrupt and causes miscellaneous issues like this whether with outlook not responding, word and excel having issues with page breaks, or issues with downloading templates even though the network connection is perfectly fine.

Backup Files

1. Create a new administrator user account(different name to the original, this account is temporary)
2. Restart PC and login under the new account. Restart is important as if you dont, it will stop you from removing files later.
3. Navigate to C:\Users
4. Enable showing of hidden files/folders
5. Make a copy of the Profile folder having issues(folder with your username.)
6. Change the name of that folder to something like “Backup.”
7. Go in that folder and remove the "appdata" folder as you just want to keep your files.(i.e. Documents, music, favorites, etc.)
8. if you cannot rename this folder, simply create a new folder called backup, and copy all folders except appdata from your old profile folder to the backup folder.

---DO NOT CONTINUE ON UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETELY BACKEDUP FILES---

Remove old Profiles 

1. Type in the search in start menu, “Regedit.” When you see Registry editor show in search results, right click and choose run as administrator. Enter UAC credentials if prompted.
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList and start removing entries related to old profiles including EU. The only profile listing that should be left is administrator, and the currently logged on user.
3. Navigate in explorer to C:\Users and remove all old profiles. If
   1. Do not delete any system or network accounts (I.E. Administrator, default, currently logged in EU).
   2. Do not delete the backup you created earlier.
   3. If the PC states any files are currently in use, restart the PC and login as administrator and try again.
4. Once Profiles are removed, right-click the Default User profile. Choose “Properties”
5. Navigate through Security tab>advanced>Change Permissions.
6. Check the box for “Replace all Child Object Permissions with inheritable permissions from this object.”
7. Ok
8. Yes
9. Ok
10. Ok
11. Create New User account(to replace old one you just removed)
12. Logoff current administrator account

Restore Data

1. Login to the new user
2. Copy all files and folders from c:\users\backup to your new folder
3. You should start seeing all your files return.
4. You will need to restore any previous preferences or email accounts as this will be as if you are signing onto the PC for the first time.

Try downloading the template. Let me know how this works for you as far as fixing the issue, not just a workaround.
