Open the Publisher application and go to File, Click Accounts, on the right side click Change Product Key.

    Open the Publisher application and go to File, Click Accounts, on the right side click Change Product Key.   I just did that and there is nothing on the page to 'change product key'.  Zero nada!

    Anything else? My publisher 2013 is part of the bigger Office package.

    I have purchased dell inspiron 5000 laptop. with office 365 preloaded. I have entered wrong activation key. please tell me how can I get correct key? and how can I change the valid key?

    This was the perfect answer.....When you state "lLet the machine do its thing" it means go through the whole repair process until it says " we are all done"

    then open up an application to get to product key part....

    again thanks... all those so called microsoft reps...know very little about their own products!!!
