Welcome to Microsoft community where you can find all the answers related to Office.

I will help you to enter product key for Publisher 2013.

Open the Publisher application and go to File, Click Accounts, on the right side click Change Product Key.

You can change your product key by going to Control Panel >> Programs and Features, then right click on Microsoft Office 2013 and select Change. You will then have the option to enter a product key.

there is nothing on the right side that says click "Change Product Key"? And your support are no help on line and on the phone, let along you can't understand them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
